Twilight Themed Birthday FeastHosted inside the iconic Twilight filming location, this immersive multi-course dinner brought the atmosphere of the saga to life through refined Pacific Northwest cuisine. Each course was thoughtfully named to echo moments from the story, blending narrative inspiration with seasonal ingredients and elegant presentation. Designed as both a celebration and a cinematic dining experience, the evening reflected the mood, romance and mystique of the setting while maintaining the polish and balance of a professionally executed private chef event.


Cocktail Hour
"The Immortal" Sparkling rose, blood orange juice, rosemary and edible shimmer with vodka float "Eternal Night" Caramelized onion & black garlic tartlets "Vampire Bait" Roasted garlic whipped ricotta with fig compote & balsamic pearls on toasted baguette



Bella in the Rain
Baby greens with pear, candied walnuts, blue cheese & pomegranate vinaigrette



The Port Angeles Dinner
Bella Italia mushroom ravioli with brown butter sage sauce



Eternal Twilight
Garlic & thyme roasted chicken with crispy skin and port wine demi glace, creamy polenta and charred broccolini

Dark chocolate lava cakes with raspberry coulis and vanilla bean ice cream
