How many guests is a micro-wedding designed for?

Micro-weddings are best suited for 6-20 guests. This range allows for plated service, thoughtful pacing and an intimate dining experience.

Do you provide rentals such as plates, glassware and linens?

​

Rentals are not included in menu pricing, but can be fully coordinated for you. We source and manage china, glassware, flatware, linens, tables, chairs, tents and anything else that might be needed to create a fabulous event.

Is alcohol included?

​

Alcohol is not included in menu pricing. We are happy to coordinate bar service, staffing and beverage planning as a separate line item, or work alongside your preferred beverage provider.

Do you provide service staff?

​

Yes. We can staff your dinner with professional servers, bartenders and a service captain depending on the scope of the event. Staffing is quoted separately based on guest count and service needs.

Can you handle flowers and table styling?

​

Yes. Tablescape design - including florals, candles and overall table styling - can be coordinated as part of your micro-wedding experience and quoted separately.

Is this full wedding planning?

​

Our focus is the dinner portion of your wedding. We manage cuisine, service, staffing and the dining environment. We are happy to collaborate with your planner or coordinate the dinner independently.

Are menus customizable?

Absolutely. All menus are seasonal and customized to your preferences, dietary needs and the time of the year.

Where do you work?

​

Micro-wedding dinners are hosted in private homes or intimate venues. Travel outside the Portland metro area may be subject to additional fees.
